Returns Policy
If we have sold you a product either individually or as part of an overall package that we have arranged to be installed we will repair or replace the product if it fails within 12 months. We will ask you to identify why the product failed or what the problem is before the product is returned as it could be fixed on site. So just email us and we will sort it out. We do not refund money unless in exceptional circumstances ie if a product could not be repaired or replaced. Delivery Policy If you are buying product on the web we will ship within 2-7 days after receipt of payment. We will contact you immediately if we do not have the product in stock to agree a delivery timeframe with you. We will use couriers to deliver so the item can be tracked. There will be a small courier fee for delivery. |
