Instructions:

Changing the time on your Business Portable Recorder 4

• Create a text file document by going into notepad this program should be located in accessories after you have hit the start button if you are using a PC.
• First type the year . then month. then day. with full stops in between then hit space and type in the time as shown below as 10 o clock.
• Type the date and the current time for example 2010.07.21 10.00.00 Y

The Y means yes to show time if you do not wish to show time type N.

• Now save this on your desktop as time.txt and copy it into the folders in your mini drive USB now when you next record it should show up with the relevant time.

Working the BPR 4

• Hold the button on the base of the pen until you see a red light then press the button again once to start recording. Hold down the button until the light turns off to switch off the device and stop recording.
• Twist pen to open to use USB. It is recommended when plugging in the BPR4 into your PC thatyou have device on.
